Heffron Park Tennis Centre, one of the many great facilities in our portfolio celebrated its first anniversary on Tuesday 8th September.
The event saw all stakeholders from across local council, past and current corporate partners and many community groups come together to acknowledge the achievements of the centre.
Over the past 12 months Heffron Park Tennis Centre is viewed as a community hub promoting not only health and fitness, but a wide variety of programs to support the local community.
The introduction of mental health programs from Rally4Ever and SouthCare along with providing a safe place for young members with various school and OSCH programs. “We’ll be officially celebrating the centre’s first anniversary with the local community post covid” said Richard Price, SSMG CEO.
Matthew Jonson, Heffron Park’s manager spoke about the tennis programs his site has implemented and is proud to have watched them grow and flourish together with his staff.
The western edge of Heffron Park will showcase the Randwick Council’s vision when the newly announced Performance centre will be built hosting South Sydney Rabbitoh’s High performance centre and offices, indoor sports courts and a gymnastics centre.
